Our Head Chef - Craig Ollerhead

Craig’s cooking style is innovative and simple, and explores modern variations of English cuisine that utilises French cooking techniques and fresh seasonal ingredients.

After graduating from Hertfordshire College in the mid 1990s, Craig spent several years training at Hanbury Manor Hotel under Rory Kennedy, with Albert Roux as consultant chef, and learnt about achieving consistent food quality in a four-rosette environment.

For the last twenty years he has worked all over the UK and occasionally in mainland Europe and the UAE.
